Privacy policy
This prototype describes how SpotWatch intends to handle personal data. It is not yet legal advice or a contractual document.
Data we collect
Resident name, contact details, apartment number, vehicle registration, allocated bay, proof-of-residence documents, guest booking details and parking report evidence.
Why we collect it
To verify residency and parking allocations, operate guest parking, run the resident marketplace and produce evidence packs for authorised parking operators.
Who can see it
Residents see only their own records. Property managers see records for buildings they manage. Marketplace listings are visible only to verified residents of the same building.
Sharing with operators
Only reports approved by a property manager are forwarded to the contracted parking operator, and only the evidence relevant to that report is included.
Retention
Report evidence is retained for the period agreed with the property management company, then deleted. Residents can request deletion of their account data at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data. Contact hello@spotwatch.co.uk.
