Summary terms for the SpotWatch prototype. Full contractual terms are issued with each property management agreement.
Using the platform
SpotWatch is provided to residents and property managers of participating developments. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.
Verification
Property managers verify resident registrations, parking allocations and marketplace listings. SpotWatch does not independently verify ownership of a parking space.
Enforcement
SpotWatch does not issue parking charges. Approved reports are forwarded to the contracted parking operator, who remains solely responsible for enforcement decisions.
Guest parking
Guest bookings are subject to the rules configured by each building, including maximum duration, booking limits, overnight stays and access-device requirements.
Marketplace
Rental agreements are made between residents. Property managers give final approval on any transfer. SpotWatch is not a party to those agreements.
Acceptable use
Reports must be accurate and raised only against your own allocated bay. Misuse may result in account suspension.
